Ares I is the crew launch vehicle for NASA's Constellation Program. The first suborbital flight test is slated for late 2009. Her sister ship, the Ares V cargo launch vehicle, is scheduled to enter service in 2018 and should be capable of lofting 188 tonnes into low earth orbit. That's a lot of Tang.
