Few people have heard of it, yet many consider John Blankenbaker's KENBAK-1 to be the first commercial personal computer.

Koss introduced these headphones over 40 years ago, and they remain affordable favorites to this day.

Remote Controlled Dalek Army

Battle Dalek SetHere's some holiday weekend silliness for you. Kulture Shock in the UK is selling a two-pack of 4" tall remote controlled battle Daleks.

The site is a bit short on detail, but apparently these evil robot overlords feature "Infrared movement control. flashing hit indicator head lights. Poseable arm and gun. 2 X IR Receivers on each Dalek (front and top of head). 1 X IR Emitter in each Dalek (Eyestalk). Featuring authentic sound and effects. Pack comes with Doctor and Rose figure." From the look of it, bits pop off when they're zapped.

It's a pity the Doctor and Rose don't feature IR receivers and pop-off appendages, too. Are the Daleks really stupid enough that they'll only shoot each other? About $46 for the pair, batteries and keys to the Tardis not included.
