Few people have heard of it, yet many consider John Blankenbaker's KENBAK-1 to be the first commercial personal computer.

Koss introduced these headphones over 40 years ago, and they remain affordable favorites to this day.

IMSAI Re-issue Update

IMSAI was the second "big" personal computer manufacturer in the late 1970s. I first bleated about their rebirth in August. And now they've started to produce shiny IMSAI peripherals.

The IMSAI Series Two Mini Drive Subsystem is a retro-styled case to house floppy, CD-ROM/RW and DVD-ROM/RW drives. I know the idea of adding DVD compatibility to a 1970s-vintage C/PM system sounds a bit whacky, but don't forget there's room for a seriously modern PC-compatible ATX motherboard behind all those switches and lights.
