Few people have heard of it, yet many consider John Blankenbaker's KENBAK-1 to be the first commercial personal computer.

Koss introduced these headphones over 40 years ago, and they remain affordable favorites to this day.

Vintage Video Game Catalogs

The Internet Age has killed off all but a handful of glossy product catalogs. Sadly, precious few of us had the wherewithal to realize how incredibly cool vintage publications by Mattel, Atari, Coleco and even Radio Shack would seem in a couple of decades (or maybe that's just me). Thankfully, Hugues Johnson was kind enough to scan a neat little collection of classic video game brochures and post them online for everyone to enjoy.

His collection includes a 1981 Intellivision catalog, several late-era Atari 2600 catalogs,  ColecoVision goodies and excerpts from a number of Sears catalogs, complete with exorbitant retail pricing. It's like revisiting the 1980s, except without the bad hair. I miss my hair, come to think of it.
